Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Momentum Money web and mobile application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Your Account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Purchases and Access
One-time payment. Full access to the Service is offered as a one-time purchase of $47 (USD). Payment is processed by Wix Payments (branded to you as Base44 Payments).
Access grant. After your payment is confirmed, full access is linked to your account. You retain access for as long as the Service is available and your account is in good standing.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting us at the email below. After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable.
What the Service Is — and Isn't
Educational and motivational tool. Momentum Money provides calculators, guided reflections, and educational content to help you organize and stay motivated through your own debt-payoff journey.
Not financial advice. The Service does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. The calculators produce estimates based on the numbers you enter; actual results depend on your creditors, interest rates, payments, and life circumstances. Nothing in the Service creates a debt-relief, credit-counseling, or settlement relationship between you and Momentum Money.
Not a debt relief company. Momentum Money does not negotiate with your creditors, enroll you in any program, or act as your agent. The Debt Relief Guide and Scam Filter are educational tools to help you evaluate outside programs — they do not endorse or guarantee any specific provider.
For significant financial decisions, consult a licensed financial advisor, credit counselor, or attorney. If you are facing legal action from a creditor, consult an attorney.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access another user's data or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its content.
- Enter false or misleading information in a way that could harm others.
Your Content
The debts, reflections, and other information you enter ("Your Content") remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display Your Content back to you within the Service. We do not share Your Content with third parties.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, content, and tools, is owned by Momentum Money and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will help you achieve any specific financial outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momentum Money and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for access ($47).
Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update or modify the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with notice where appropriate.
