Our Commitment
Momentum Money is committed to making our web and mobile application usable by as many people as possible, including those living with disabilities. We believe debt stress is hard enough — the tools to deal with it shouldn't be.
What We Aim For
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our baseline. This includes:
- Readable text: Sufficient color contrast between text and background, and resizable text that works when you increase your browser or device font size.
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements (buttons, links, forms) can be reached and used with a keyboard alone.
- Clear structure: Headings, lists, and landmarks that make the app navigable with screen readers and other assistive technology.
- Forms: Labels and instructions that make it clear what each field expects.
- No reliance on color alone: Status and feedback are conveyed with text and icons, not just color.
Known Limitations
- Some third-party content (such as the Wix-hosted checkout page) is outside our direct control, though Wix maintains its own accessibility commitments.
- The app is optimized for modern browsers and devices; very old browsers may not render all features correctly.
If you encounter a specific barrier, please tell us — we want to fix it.
Feedback and Contact
If you have trouble using any part of Momentum Money, or have a suggestion for improvement, we want to hear from you. Contact us at support@outerestate.com and include:
- A brief description of the issue.
- The page or tool where it happened.
- The device and browser you were using, if you can.
We review accessibility feedback regularly and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is not a one-time checkbox. As we add features, we test them against these standards and prioritize fixes based on user impact. Thank you for helping us improve.
